Goes on smooth. Shipping took forever, but I suppose that’s because of Christmas. It’s no texactly “water proof” it comes off with some water and gentle (like rubbing lips together gentle)rubbing. The color does look super natural. I got the 07 and I love the color. It’s worth the money for sure.
